- These terms and conditions shall be legally binding.
“Sahab al Sharq information technology company” is the owner and operator of “Doso” services and the previously defined, and Privacy Policy Statement for its use and (hereinafter referred to as the "service"). And that any party has the right to use the service only by accepting and expressly agreeing to these terms and conditions of "Doso" (hereinafter referred to as the "terms and conditions"). By using the service, you unconditionally agree to be bound "legally" by these terms and conditions. Any other terms or conditions of any kind contained in any documents, writings or any other communications on your part with "Doso" or its employees, representatives or agents in connection with the service do not apply. and are not binding on it.
- Changes to this agreement or services
"Doso" reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective and legally binding on you when posted on our website for the service or when we make reasonable efforts to notify you by other means. please review these terms and conditions periodically to learn about the latest changes, emphasizing that your continued use of this service after the amendment is considered your full consent and you accept to be legally bound by these changes.
- Granting licenses to use
After the user accepts the terms, "Doso" grants, under these terms and conditions, a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to its users in accordance with the terms established by it, for example the following:- “Doso” shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice to you and without liability, to refuse, block, terminate or suspend your account (s) and/ or your use of the service, at its sole discretion, “Doso” may consider that your use does not meet Doso's specifications or guidelines, or that “Doso” may consider inappropriate, illegal or harmful to its interests. If "Doso" uses its absolute discretion under paragraph 3.1 (A), it will not assume any responsibility for refunding any part of your prepaid subscriptions, with "Doso" retaining all its rights towards the user as determined by the regulations or these terms and conditions with respect to any inappropriate, illegal or harmful use. And "Doso" shall reserve the right to deduct any costs, damages or expenses it may incur in connection with such inappropriate, illegal or harmful use of your unused prepaid subscriptions-if any - or claim the same from you in any way.
- You acknowledge your prior consent to comply with the policies or guidelines that may be provided by "Doso" or amended from time to time, or that may be imposed by it or by any party that “Doso” has authorized or delegated it to do so. the policies or guidelines of "Doso" may relate to technical specifications, privacy, acceptable content and any other matter, as may be amended by "Doso", at its sole discretion, from time to time.
- You acknowledge your obligation that you will not grant access to or provide any part of the service to any third party; modify, disable or interfere with the service, servers or supporting networks, either manually or through the use of scripts or ( through all types of viruses), reproduce, copy, duplicate, disassemble, trade, sell, resell or overload the systems used by "Doso" to provide the service. And “Doso” reserves all its intellectual property rights to what it produces and what it contains.
- You acknowledge your consent and acceptance of the right of "Doso", at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you, to modify, suspend, change or withdraw the service, terms and conditions and/or the website, at any time, and from time to time.
- You acknowledge that you are solely and fully responsible for your use of the service and indemnify "Doso" for all losses, costs and damages incurred in connection with any claims by third parties against "Doso" related to your use of the service, and in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or any policies or guidelines that "Doso" may provide from time to time.
- You acknowledge, commit, guarantee and undertake to "Doso" that at all times that:
- You have all the rights, consents, licenses and permits that may be necessary or required in order to use the materials, graphics, logos, videos, data or information that you enter into the service (where applicable) (hereinafter referred to as "your content") in the manner and purpose for which you use your content.
- All your content shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, including commercial and intellectual property laws within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and within all countries where it is used, and it does not violate the rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights) of any third party.
- You have all the rights, consents, licenses and permits that may be necessary or required in order to use the materials, graphics, logos, videos, data or information that you enter into the service (where applicable) (hereinafter referred to as "your content") in the manner and purpose for which you use your content.
- You represent and warrant to "Doso" that you have the full company Rights, influence and authority to agree to these terms and conditions, and to perform the obligations you have agreed to. And that doing so does not and will not violate any agreement or obligation to which you are bound, or any applicable law, rule or regulation.
- You agree and acknowledge that "Doso" shall have the right, whenever you wish, to use your name and refer to you as a user of the service in any advertising, press release, advertising, or marketing materials worldwide and using any form of media. As well as "Doso" shall have the right to use any content that you have previously used in "Doso”, and this is your prior consent.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to use or display the "Doso" trademarks or mention "Doso" in any publication, website, press release or in any other way without obtaining the prior written consent of "Doso".
- You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining or providing any hardware or software that you may need to access and use the service, and for any damage or loss incurred or that “Doso” may suffer as a result of operating such hardware or software, including incompatibility with any platforms that Doso uses to provide the service.
- You acknowledge and warrant that "Doso" is the sole owner and shall have the right to use any feedback you provide on the service in any way, including improving existing products and services or creating new products and services.
- You acknowledge and agree that “Doso” is entitled to retain all rights in the service not expressly granted to you in these terms and conditions.
- You hereby agree to this policy to grant "Doso" a public, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, modify, adapt, compile, host and use: (A) your content (including-but not limited to-reproduction in physical form, publication, execution, communication with the public and make modifications to your content) for the purpose of providing you with the service, and (B) if "Doso" provides any community forum for users of the service to exchange user advice, post feedbacks, opinions and any other comments, opinions and materials that you upload or post in such a forum.
- “Doso” shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice to you and without liability, to refuse, block, terminate or suspend your account (s) and/ or your use of the service, at its sole discretion, “Doso” may consider that your use does not meet Doso's specifications or guidelines, or that “Doso” may consider inappropriate, illegal or harmful to its interests. And "Doso" shall reserve the right to deduct any costs, damages or expenses it may incur in connection with such inappropriate, illegal or harmful use of your unused prepaid subscriptions-if any - or claim the same from you in any way.
- Payment terms
- By creating your account, subscribing to the service or renewing your subscription, you agree to the fees charged.
- Your acceptance of the fees charged for the services or products you request and your commitment to any of the payment terms that may be imposed by "Doso" from time to time. You may be required to pay "Doso" in advance and/or on an annual or monthly basis to use the service. Your subscription may be automatically renewed, when it expires or near its expiration at the subscription prices applicable at the time of renewal, even if there is a way to automatically renew your subscription, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your subscription is renewed before it expires, not the responsibility of "Doso", otherwise your ability to use the service will automatically expire. And "Doso" may not give you advance notice of automatic renewal. And if for any reason" Doso " is unable to carry out this auto-renewal, your subscription will end automatically. For subscribers, who choose to pay by credit card, the subscription fee for renewal may be charged on the registered credit card unless "Doso" is notified of the change or cancellation in writing, using the tools or means provided by "Doso".
- All amounts owed by you to "Doso" may be included in a quotation, excluding any goods and services tax, or any other taxes that may be imposed on the subscription.
- You acknowledge and abide by all fees charged by "Doso"; as such, which may charge you or the registered credit card, a fee for any taxes or fees requested by "Doso" under any applicable law or regulation to impose on the subscription or fees, and in all cases acknowledge your agreement to any fees or amounts determined by “Doso” in exchange for its services.
- By creating your account, subscribing to the service or renewing your subscription, you agree to the fees charged.
- Duration and termination
- It is understood that "Doso" shall have the right to terminate its relationship with you, without prior notice, if you violate or fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions. This Agreement and your ability to use the service may also be terminated automatically when your subscription expires.
- After termination, "Doso" May, at its sole discretion and determination, retain any data you have uploaded into its systems, however, you agree that other than any obligations expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, "Doso" does not assume any liability to you for the maintenance of your user account or any of your data after termination. And you must not harm "Doso" and release it from any fees, damages or claims that you may incur in connection with the same claims or actions that you may encounter or be subjected to in connection with the same thing.
- If the termination is due to your failure to renew your subscription in a timely manner, you may reactivate your account and access your data if renewal is enabled, under these circumstances by "Doso" to do so. And you accept to pay any subscription fees or charges that "Doso" may impose, including reactivation fees (if any), during any period that "Doso" may specify, otherwise "Doso" may permanently remove your user account (s) and any data you have uploaded to its systems without your right to refuse it.
- It is understood that "Doso" shall have the right to terminate its relationship with you, without prior notice, if you violate or fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions. This Agreement and your ability to use the service may also be terminated automatically when your subscription expires.
- Your Data, “Doso” Data, Storage and Transfer of Your Data, and “Doso” Privacy Policy
- you acknowledge and undertake that you, your customers, partners or associates, are not the owner of any data that you upload to the service (hereinafter referred to as "your data"). You hereby agree that" Doso "is the sole owner of all data other than your data, including any data generated by the system and is generated by the service, or any aggregated data from data entered into the service by all users of the service on an aggregate basis (hereinafter referred to as "Doso data"). “Doso” may use all "Doso data" in any way it chooses including to improve or adapt its services, or to create or design new products and services.
- You acknowledge and agree that the nature of the internet is International, and "Doso" has your express consent to store and provide access to your personal or confidential information, user (s) and customer data, and to transmit and provide such information over the internet, the transmission of which may involve multiple jurisdictions governed by different regulations and laws.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account (s), or any misuse of your password (s) and user ID (s), you must activate the process set to disable your account (s) and/or reissue a new password (s) or user ID (s) and notify the “Doso” team via available means of communication as soon as possible.
- You acknowledge and undertake that you are solely responsible for all actions, omissions and errors of the person (s) you nominate as the user (s) or administrator (s) of your account (s) for the service. You also agree that "Doso" may accept instructions and requests from such person (s) and communicate with it, if "Doso" has not received a written notice stating that such person (s) is no longer a user (s) or administrator (s). And these instructions, requests and communications shall be valid and legally binding on you. In addition, you are responsible for any and all use of your account (s) by anyone in possession of your User ID (s) or password (s).

If “Doso” and/or any of its affiliates, collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties", take any action to enforce any of the terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified, their affiliates, officers, directors and employees concerned and agents of and against any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action or requests, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of your use of the service and related to all violations by you of these terms and conditions.
- Service level agreement
“Doso” has been keen to integrate the service level agreement attached to these terms and conditions into these terms and conditions and forms part of them to be a single unit that can be viewed and that there are no guarantees unless expressly stated herein. And “Doso” does not make any warranty or representation of any kind with respect to its website, the service, products or services available on this website and/or any of the materials available on this website or the level of security and confidentiality, which are collectively provided on an "AS IS" basis (“Doso” shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the use of the website, including hacking programs or viruses).
"Doso" does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity or reliability of any of the content or data on the service or this website. “Doso” expressly disclaims all warranties, terms and conditions related to the service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular or general purpose, non-infringement of proprietary rights, arising from the legal system or otherwise in the law or by dealing or using Commerce to the fullest extent permitted by the regulations in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the rest of the countries in which "Doso" is used.
"Doso" does not guarantee that the service, this website, its servers, or any e-mail sent from "Doso", is free of viruses or other harmful components.
For clarity and understanding, "Doso" confirms that it does not guarantee the effectiveness of the service.
“Doso” assumes no responsibility for the security, confidentiality or privacy of communications and/or data transmitted over the internet and makes no warranty (and expressly excludes any and all express or implied warranties) that the provision of the service will be error-free or loss of content, data or information. In addition, “Doso” will not be held responsible for any compatibility issues related to customers ' computers, applications or other software on any computers using the service.
- Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will "Doso" be liable for: (1) any damage, loss, claim, tort, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind or loss whether based on contract, tort including unintentional negligence, proprietary rights, strict liability, statutory regulation, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way the content contained herein, (2) any failure or delay (including, on without limitation, the use or inability to use any component of the service or this website), or (3) performance or non-performance by "Doso" even if "Doso" has been notified of the possibility of damages to these or any other parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Doso" assumes responsibility for any loss or damage arising from or related in any way to any of the functions or uses described above of this site, the service or its content, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws and regulations, provided that the total liability of "Doso" in any case, and whatever the loss, does not exceed the value of the monthly subscription to the service paid by the user. - Force majeure
It is well known to everyone that "Doso" does not bear any responsibility and is exempted from all contractual obligations and responsibilities (for example for damages) if its performance of these terms and conditions is affected by an event of force majeure. For the purpose of this clause, the term "force majeure" means and includes any event that was not under the control of "Doso", or was not reasonably foreseen, including, but not limited to, any natural disaster such as thunderstorms, floods, storms, fire, national emergency, strike or similar labor actions or unavailability of the internet for reasons beyond the control of "Doso".
The competent authority and the applicable regulations.
All terms, conditions, rules and Privacy Policy shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its jurisdiction and (hereby) users acknowledge this.
